Can My Order Be Shipped Internationally?

Yes! We ship our spoke covers worldwide. Simply select your country at checkout, and we’ll provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

  • Australia: AU$20
  • New Zealand: AU$25
  • The Americas & Canada: AU$40
  • UK, Europe & Rest of the World: AU$45

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ship via Australia Post. Please check with your local customs authorities for any applicable duties or fees, as these are the buyer's responsibility.

How Long Will My Spoke Covers Take to Arrive?

Orders are typically dispatched within 10-15 business days from the date of purchase. For custom orders, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing. As our wheel covers are made to order and packaged by hand, extra time may be required during busy times of the year.

Returns Policy

We are very happy to help with the measuring of your wheelchair wheel for wheel covers to ensure that you get the best result, as due to our wheel covers being manufactured to order, to YOUR measurement, we rely on you measuring correctly and reserve the right to refuse returns based only on incorrect sizing.  Please email us immediately at hello@colourmywheels.com.au regarding your order if you have concerns.  If we approve your return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • You must provide a tracking number for your return, as it remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please note that custom design orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.

If you receive a faulty product you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
